Chocolate Glaze

4 ounces Unsweetened chocolate
4 ounces Semisweet chocolate
4 ounces Unsalted butter
4 teaspoons Light corn syrup
Yield: 13 ounces
1. Melt all the ingredients together over a bain marie. Remove from the heat and allow to cool until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

2. Use immediately before glaze begins to dry.

Yield: 13 ounces
