1.0 ounce Creme de Cacao
1.0 ounce Creme de Menthe
4.0 ounce Milk

Pour in one shot glass (jigger sized); both Crème de Cacao and
Crème de Menthe. Pour in four to six ounces of (preferably cold)
chocolate milk. Whipped cream topping optional.
