1 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
1 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Spice Mix
Heat all ingredients in sauce pan and allow to simmer for 45-60 minutes.This
recipe may also be used as a marinade and injected into turkey. It will be
necessary to add some water to dilute this marinade enough for the injector.
Let cool before injecting.
