1 16-ounce package semisweet-chocolate pieces
1 7 1/2-ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff®

In double boiler top over hot, not boiling water, melt chocolate. Blend in Fluff®, add flavorings (see Notes). Cool slightly. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Yield: 1 Pound
Notes: FLAVORINGS:
PEPPERMINT: Knead in 2 teaspoon peppermint extract. Shape into balls. Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
COCONUT: After shaping plain chocolate truffles roll in flaked coconut
WALNUT: After shaping plain chocolate truffles roll in minced walnuts.
