1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup Carnation plus 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Prepare cake batter. Half fill 2 pie plates with batter. Sprinkle each with some topping. Cover each with remaining batter and rest of topping.
Cook at 350F until cake is done - about 30 minutes.
This cake freezes well.
