4 cup Turkey, Cooked & Diced
3 cup Ham, Cubed
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 cup Onion, Chopped
4 tablespoon Butter
1/3 cup Flour
2 cup Cream
1 teaspoon Dill
1 dash Mustard, Dry
1 dash Nutmeg
1 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry
2 teaspoon Butter, Melted
¼ teaspoon Dill, Dry
4 tablespoon Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
4 tablespoon Walnuts, Chopped
In a large bowl, combine turkey, ham and cheese. In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add flour, stir to form a paste. Gradually add cream stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute or until thick. Add dill, mustard and nutmeg, mix well.
For the topping, toss bread crumbs, butter and dill; stir in cheese and walnuts. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350f for 30 minutes or until heated through
