1 1/2 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
4 ounces Hot Black Coffee
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar, or to taste
Heavy Cream, lightly beaten
Servings: 1
Preheat irish-coffee goblet or heat proof mug. Add whiskey, coffee, and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Top generously with cream. Don't stir. The idea is to sip the coffee through the cream.
