1 bay leaf
1 c white wine
2 c chicken stock
corn starch to thicken
1/2 c cream
1 Tbsp mustard - Dijon
1 Tbsp mustard - Pommery
1/4 tsp cayenne
s&p
1 Tbsp parsly,chopped

=Reduce first 3 ingredients by 1/2, add chicken stock & reduce by 1/2, thicken. Add rest of ingredients, cook 5 mins. Remove bay leaf.
