sliced beef, thinly (chef's choice)
3 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs honey
scallions, chopped
Tobasco, dash
garlic, cloves - smooshed, whatever
ginger root
0.5 cup chicken broth
Mix ingredients, let stand 20-minutes or more. Heat pan or wok until
very hot. Strain beef from sauce/marinade. Cook beef (stir fry) for
about 3 minutes or until tender. When all beef is cooked, turn heat
down and add the sauce/marinade and chicken broth. Thicken with corn
starch slurry. Serve over rice.
