2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Cumin Seed
2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup Paprika
FOR THE SAUCE:
1 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1 tbs. Sugar
1 tbs. Red Pepper
1 tbs. Tabasco Sauce
1 tbs. Black Pepper
Mix rub ingredients well and apply to meat before cooking. Mix sauce well before using.
