1 lb. lard
1 cup boiling water
Pour water over lard and cut with knife till gooey.
Once cooled -
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
cut flour in with knife all at once.
Cool and roll using extra flour.
Drop milk on top of crust just before baking.
