6 oz Swiss cheese
1/4 lb mushrooms
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups herbed stuffing mix
8 Tbs butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice cheese and mushrooms. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9X13X2-inch baking dish.
Top each piece with a slice of swiss cheese and arrange mushrooms over chicken and cheese.
Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the stuffing mix.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
