Flapjacks

Mix 2 cups Bisquick baking mix and 1 1/3 cups water. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto lightly greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles appear. Bake other side until golden brown.

Makes about 16 flapjacks.

Blueberry Flapjacks:
Stir in 2 tbsp. sugar into batter and gently fold in 1 cup blueberries.

Corn Flapjacks:
Stir 1 cup drained whole kernel corn into batter.
