Ingredients:

1,5 dl wheat flour (durum)
0,5 dl water
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add all the water, olive oil and salt right away and add the flour gradually. you want to make a really hard dough and you want to get all that flour in.

If possible you should let the dough rest in the fridge for a few hours. The longer the better basically but 30 minutes will also make a difference.

Take it out. If you have a pasta machine you know what to do but otherwise you just flatten it as much as you can and cut it so it becomes pasta and boil it for about 1 - 2 minutes, or until it comes up to the surface. Don't overcook it!

Easy, takes no longer time than regular pasta because the actual time it boils is so much shorter.
