1 ounce Butter
6 Oysters, Fresh
1 cup Flour, Seasoned
1 tablespoon Oyster Juice
1 tablespoon White Wine
1 tablespoon Shallots
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Lightly coat oysters and saute on both sides until golden brown. Remove oysters and turn off heat. Add the wine, oyster juice, lemon juice, and shallots to the butter that the oysters were sauted in. This will make a creamy sauce to pour over the oysters.
