2 cucumbers
3 small containers yogourt
4 cloves garlic
3 oz oil - olive
2.5 oz walnut
chive
chervil
s&p
6.75 oz cream
=Peel and seed the cucumber, slice, salt with large salt and let sit 30 minutes, rinse off and drywith towels.
Blend in mixer the cucumber and yogourt (and garlic?), then add olive oil 1x1, add rest of ingredients in order. Refridgerate at least 2 hours. Serve with thinly slice cucumber.
