5 oz chevre
2 Tbsp chives - minced finely
1 tsp oil - extra virgin olive (appr)

2 Tbsp sun-dried tomato paste (appr)

=Process 1., if too firm add a touch more oil. Spoon into 8 egg cups, top with a thin layer of sun-dried tomato paste. Serve at room temperature or broil until tomato paste sizzles (one minute).
