1 loaf unsliced French bread
1 thin slices ham
12 small slices Swiss cheese
8 large California Fresh Eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Raspberry syrup
Maple syrup
Servings: 6
Preheat oven to 425º. Slice bread into 12-1" thick slices. Slice again halfway to make a pocket. Into each pocket stuff 1 slice ham and cheese. Whisk eggs together with half and half and vanilla Dip each stuffed slice into egg mixture and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes on first side; turn and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve with fruit garnish and warmed syrups.
