Ingredients:

* 8 Slices pumpernickel bread
* 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
* 4 Slices Swiss cheese
* 4 tb Drained sauerkraut
* 1/4 lb Cooked or canned corned beef


Instructions:

Butter or margarine Spread half of bread slices with dressing. Top each with cheese sauerkraut corned beef and bread slice. Butter top and bottom of bread.
