4 Celestial Seasonings Country Peach Passion Herbal Tea Bags (*See note)
4 Celestial Seasonings Cinnamon Apple Spice Herbal Tea Bags (*See note)
4 cups boiling water
4 cups pure apple juice (I used Nature's Nectar Apple Juice, which I purchased from Aldi's)

Steep the tea bags in cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Discard the teabags.
Combine the tea with the apple juice, and refrigerate until tea is cold.
Serve tea over ice.
Yield: 6-8 servings.

*Note: When making this tea, I used 6 country peach passion tea bags, and 3 cinnamon apple spice tea bags. I just brought the water to a boil, but not a rolling boil. Then I remove it immediately from the heat; pour it into a glass pitcher, with the tea bags, cover the pitcher with plastic wrap, and let the tea set for 1 hour. What a difference in the taste of the tea, after it sets for an hour. Otherwise the tea is a bit weak in flavor if it's just steep for 10 minutes. Before drinking the tea, I add a packet of Splenda to my glass filled with ice, and I enjoy the tea even better made this way.
