1/2 cup milk (70º to 80ºF)
1/4 cup water (70º to 80ºF)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut up
1 large egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Egg Glaze
EGG GLAZE
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
Servings: 12
1. Select recipe size recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.
2. Add all ingredients except Egg Glaze to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
3. Process in dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in 1 tablespoon flour to make dough easy to handle. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Divide each into 3 equal pieces; roll into balls, making 36 balls. Place 3 balls in each section of 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30 to 45 minutes.
4. Brush Egg Glaze on rolls. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes or until done. Remove from cups; cool on wire rack.
