Hot Barbecued Wings

1 1/4 quarts Barbecue Sauce (cooked)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
20 pounds chicken wings, split, tip removed
Servings: 50
1. Mix barbecue sauce and crushed red pepper.

2. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken wings and stir to coat evenly. Place chicken wings on a lightly greased rack that is set inside a baking pan. (Wings should not touch).

3. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with barbecue sauce.

4. Bake another 10-15 minutes until browned and internal temperature is 170°F.

5. Remove from oven and serve.

6. Additional heated barbecue sauce may be poured on wings before service. (Do not use the barbecue sauce that was used to sauce the raw wings.)
