Heat 2 cups beef bouillon to boiling. Blend 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 cup cold water and 2 tbsp. soy sauce; stir gradually into bouillon. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.

About 2 1/4 cups sauce (5 calories per tablespoon).
