1-1/2 lb. lamb, minced
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 oz. ginger, grated
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. ground coriander
ground cloves, to taste
grated nutmeg, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients; shape into 4-oz. burgers. Refrigerate until chilled. Grill to desired doneness.
