Latticed Tuna

2 1/8 ounce Butter
4 tablespoon Flour
3 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Seasoning
1 pinch Garlic, Crushed
1¼ teaspoon Curry
1 small Onion, Sliced (thinly)
11 ounce Corn, Whole
1 Tomato
½ cup Peas, Frozen
½ Lemon, Juiced
1 can Tuna, Drained
6 slice Bread, Crusts Trimmed
Butter, To Taste
Cheese, Grated
1 pinch Paprika

Melt butter in a large saucepan, add flour and cook for about a minute. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly so no lumps form. Add seasoning, garlic curry powder and vegetables and lemon juice over tuna. Then add tuna to mixture.

Place mixture in a casserole dish and cut the crusts of bread off the bread and butter slices well. Cut into fingers. Lattice the bread on top of the casserole and sprinkle well with cheese and paprika. Place under a preheated griller or a moderate oven until cheese melts. This can be made ahead and kept in the fridge.
