Enjoy this fruity, hot drink. A refreshing break in your day.
3 1/2 cups water
12 1/2oz can of frozen concentrated mango punch
1 tbsp. almond-flavored syrup (such as Torani's)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3-4 orange pekoe tea bags
Serves 4
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil on medium.
Remove from heat.
Add tea bags.
Cover.
Let steep for 5 minutes.
Squeeze and discard tea bags.
Makes about 5 cups.
Pour into 4 large mugs.
Variation (with alcohol):
Omit almond-flavored syrup.
Use same amount of almond-flavored liqueur (such as Amaretto).
Serving suggestion:
Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
