1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and cornstarch; beat at low speed until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool cookies on wire racks.
In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth and of spreading consistency. Frost top of each cookie.
