Microwaved Herbed Pork Roast

3 pounds boneless double-loin pork roast (rolled and tied)
3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon
1/4 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon snipped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon snipped fresh chervil
Additional fresh herbs (optional)
Lemon slices (optional)
Servings: 10
1. Sprinkle roast lightly with paprika; rub into surface. Combine parsley, oregano, tarragon, thyme, dill and chervil; rub mixture over surface of roast.

2. Place roast in a 10 × 16-inch oven cooking bag in a microwave-safe dish; tie bag loosely.

3. Cook 35 to 40 minutes at Medium-Low (30% power), invert roast and rotate dish one-half turn. Cook 30 to 35 minutes more at Medium-Low. Cover roast in cooking bag with foil and let stand 10 minutes.

4. Remove roast from bag and place on serving platter. Garnish with herbs and lemon slices; if desired.

Cooking Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
