Notes: Softened vanilla ice cream may be substituted for ice cream mix.
2 gallons liquid vanilla ice cream mix, unfrozen
3 quarts milk
1/2 cup coconut extract
5 tablespoons rum extract
1 quart pineapple juice
50 maraschino cherries with stems

1. Combine, using wire ship. Place in punch bowl.
2. Serve in punch cup or stemmed glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
