This Pastrami Wings is very delicious,
Add chicken winds, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, some white pepper, 2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp kosher salt in a large bowl

* 2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
* 1 1/2 tbsp ground coriander

* 2 tsp kosher salt
* 2 tsp flour

Add in 2 tsp flour, pinch of cayenne, mix well
Step 4
put in a flat pan, cook in oven at 425F for 20 minutes
Step 5
after 20 minutes, take out, flip all chicken winds over
Step 6
put back in the oven again, cook for another 20-25 minutes
