Pork chops
2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup boiling water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Pinch of ginger
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Brush pork chops with soy sauce and roll in flour.
Melt butter in fry pan, add meat and brown over medium heat.
Dissolve chicken cube in boiling water. Add to frypan along with green papper, mushrooms, and ginger. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. About 15 minutes.
