Recipe Feeder
2 tbsp. butter or margarine ( I use Butter)
2/3 cup undilutated Carnation Evaporated milk ( small size can)
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups ( 4 oz) miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cup ( 9oz) Nestle Toll House semi sweet chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts ( I do not use)
1tsp vanilla
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-5 minutes, stiring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, chocolate, nuts and marshmallows. Stir for one minute or until chocolate and marshmallow are completely melted. Pour into foil lined 8" square baking dish ( I use foil dish) , chill until firm in fridge. I chill overnight.
