Recipe Feeder
1/2 c Mayonnaise 4 Boned and skinned chicken
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese -breast halves
2 tb Prepared mustard 2/3 c Corn flake crumbs
4 servings
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup
and refrigerate. Brush both sides of chicken with the remaining mixture.
Coat well with crumbs. Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake
in preheated 400 oven 20 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender.
Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping. Makes 4 servings.
