Recipe Feeder
4 oz honey
2 oz sugar
2 oz water

1 egg white

1 c cream
0.5 c almonds - slivered, lightly toasted, chopped
0.25 c pistachio - unsalted, chopped

=Combine 1., heat over medium until sugar is dissolved. Boil without stirring one minute. Beat egg whites with pinch of salt until soft peaks, whip in syrup. Continue beating until very stiff, about 4 minutes. Let stand until cool, about 10 minutes.
Beat cream to soft peaks, fold all together. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
