Ingredients:
* 1 lg Onion sliced thin 3 tb Olive oil
* 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Vinegar
* 3 tb Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Cover the onion with boiling water drain & rinse in cold water. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients & let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or longer.
