Oreo Cookie / Cream Cheese Truffles

one bag Oreos
one brick cream cheese
dipping chocolate OR topping of your choice for rolling


grind an entire bag of oreo cookies in a food proccessor until fine crumbs
soften a brick of cream cheese i the microwave until very soft
mix cookies and cheese together until well combined
shape into balls
place in fridge/freezer to harden a bit
dip in chocolate..OR..roll in boxed Oreo crumbs or other toppings..coconut..choc sprinkles..finely chopped nuts
let set/dry
