48 Oysters
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 Green Onions, Chopped
2 tablespoon Celery, Chopped
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 cup Chicken, Cooked & Chopped
½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Pie Crusts, Unbaked

Make roux of flour and oil until dark brown. Add green onions, saute 3 mins only, stirring constantly. All at once, add oysters, oyster liquid and the chopped chicken. Bring to medium boil, cook until thick about ,15 mins . Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour into bottom 9 crust and cover with top crust. Slit top crust to prevent blistering, and brush with milk or 1 egg beaten with 1 tb of water. Bake at 425 f until crust is golden brown.
