Recipe Feeder
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium zucchini
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
vegetable oil

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Cut zucchini into thin strips; dip into beaten egg, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Pour oil to depth of 2 to 3 inches into a Dutch oven or heavy saucepan. Heat to 375°F. Fry zucchini in oil until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately. Yield 4 to 6 servings.
