Today, I won first place at the school carnival for this cake! Not sure if I have shared it and if i havent please try it! Its so easy and delicious!
Peanut Butter Cake
Cake:
* Cake mix Yellow
* 1 Small Box Vanilla Pudding
* 2 Tblsp Peanut Butter (smooth)
* 1 cup crushed M'M's (can be plain or peanut)
Follow cake mix instructions and add other two ingredients. Pour batter into a well greased floured pan.
Icing:
Premixed vanilla icing. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter and stir in well. While cake is warm (out of oven for 30" or so) take a fork and punch 12 holes in cake with fork tongs (don't destroy or mutilate the cake). Add the icing to the top of the cake while it is warm and garnish the top of the cake with the crushed MM's.
Is that easy or what? No one believed me that it was SO simple!
