1 roll refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Spread half of the cookie dough into an 8x8-inch baking pan. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until it is the consistency of chocolate chip cookie dough. Spread the mixture over the top of the dough already in the pan. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F or until top is lightly browned. Cool. Cut into squares.
