Pesto Hazelnut Club Sandwich

3 slices Western Oregon Hazelnut Bread
2 ounces sliced turkey
2 ounces sliced ham
1 slice Provolone cheese
Lettuce
2 tomato slices
1 tablespoon pesto mayonnaise

Toast the bread and spread with the pesto mayonnaise (1 tablespoon pesto, mixed with 1/2 cup mayonnaise). Fill with the meats and cheese and top with the lettuce and tomatoes.
