This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet
Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 bananas
2 peaches
1 apple
1/2 - 3/4 cup of mixed nuts, chopped small
1 bar dark chocolate
2 heaped teaspoons cocoa
Dash of soymilk (optional)
Instructions:

Mash bananas. Dice the peaches and apple and add the chunks, mixing well. Break the chocolate into small chunks and stir in with the nuts and cocoa. Mix in flour and sugar, and add a teeny bit of soymilk if it's difficult to stir after it's all blended.
Heap into patty pans - it should fill up twelve large ones. The mix doesn't rise very much and makes dense, sticky muffins.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
