1/2 honeydew, cubed
1 cantaloupe, cubed
1/2 cup huckleberries
2 tbsp. mint, chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 cup Balsamic vinegar, 5%
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Adjust seasoning prior to service.
