Pineapple Delight

A thirst-quenching punch. The pineapple ice mold gives it extra flavor.

2 cups pineapple juice
8 cups ginger ale
2 cups pineapple juice
14 oz. can of pineapple tidbits (with juice)
3/4 cup apricot brandy
Serves 22
Pour first amount of pineapple juice into 2 cup shallow jelly mold.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Measure remaining 4 ingredients into small punch bowl.
Stir gently.
Add frozen pineapple juice mold.
Makes about 10 cups.
