Pinwheel Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 8oz. jar cheez whiz
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine meat, crumbs, 1/2 the cheez whiz, egg, salt and pepper. Mix lightly.
Pat onto 12x10" rectangular foil.
Combine remaining cheez whiz with rice.
Spread over meat.
Roll up starting at narrow end.
Refrigerate several hours.
Cut into eight slices.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
