2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup dill pickle juice (leftover water/vinegar from the dill pickle jar)
2 cups crushed saltines
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. tumeric
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup creamy italian salad dressing


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Be sure to really get your hands in there and mix it well. You want to make sure it's completely mixed together.

Take the glob of meat from the bowl and place it into a lightly greased 5x9" glass loaf pan.

Bake in a preheated oven of 325F for about 1 1/2 hours, or to an internal temperature of 170F.

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan on a rack for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

**Note: If you are using a regular metal loaf pan, set the oven temperature to 350F.
