3.0 dash Cinnamon
1.0 shot Kahlua
3.0 dash Nutmeg
1.0 shot Rum
0.25 cup Sugar
2.0 splash Triple Sec
Put sugar in a plate. Put 1 splash of Triple Sec in a bowl. First dip
the rim of coffee cup in the bowl of Triple Sec, then in sugar. Add
1 shot each of Rum & Kahlua, and 1 splash of Triple Sec. Light with
a match (this crystallizes the sugar on rim). Add cinnamon &
nutmeg. Add coffee (this should put the fire out) till cup is 3/4 full.
Top with whipped cream.!
