1 pound pork sausages
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sliced onions
3 cups sliced, raw potatoes
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, grated
Servings: 8
Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In large casserole pan layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers again, ending with sausage. Dot with butter. Bake covered pan at 350ºF for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.
