Powdered Sugar Glaze

2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
3/4 cup warm water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Yield: 5 cups
1. Mix until smooth, adding more water if necessary.

2. Cover tightly until needed.

3. Stir before using.



Notes: Use for icing baked rolls or products requiring a thin icing.

Thin, if necessary, to spread.
