3 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided
1/2 cup dried currants or raisins
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons applesauce
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs; mix well.
2. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch balls. Roll in 2 tablespoons crumbs. Store in refrigerator. Makes 22 cookies.
